Zippered top compartment with additional mesh pocket. The bottom compartment has straps to secure luggage. 

Encryption lock with TSA function allows customs to quickly open and close the luggage, without damaging it - which is possible by using a special key. Such a key is possessed only by customs, so it is not included with the suitcases. TSA lock is required when traveling to the USA, Canada, Japan or Australia.
